I visited this flower shop for the first time and I really liked the service. I placed an order for a bouquet of 20 roses and it was made immediately and delivered quickly. There is a wide variety of gifts and bouquets and the prices are affordable. Service from the sellers was excellent!

If you think about requesting any quote, either via chat on the page, or making a request via Whatsapp, forget it... I sent a message at 10 am and at 4 pm I still haven't received any response. I tried via WhatsApp, also without success. I can only congratulate you for the total lack of attention to the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Honestly… terrible online service. In-person service is even worse, there's a blonde employee who looks like we're asking for a favor with so much dislike of her! They even gave me a USED bag. (Store near Via Sul)

Good afternoon, when trying to assist, everything took a long time, both to respond and to confirm! Besides, I requested it at one time and they delivered it at another time, nothing to do with it, not even to warn me or anything, it was supposed to be something special, but I was just stressed! I hope you review the way you treat customers, and I didn't complain on WhatsApp because it takes them more than 1 hour to respond to a purchase, let alone to accept feedback from a customer! Absurd.
